AIR SHAFTS FOR ANY CORE SIZE
Our expanding air shafts can clamp cores with inner diameters that range from as little as half an inch (12,7 mm) to as large as 500 mm, covering any possible need of our clients.

INDEPENDENT BLADDER SYSTEM
Many of our air shaft models feature the Independent Bladder System which, thanks to a safer air pressure control, eliminates machine down time and maximises air shaft life span.
CORE SELF-CENTRING SYSTEM
Most of our air shaft models have the possibility to feature a self-centring system that can make even the most precise winding job easy to handle.
EXPANDING STRIPS FOR ALL NEEDS
Our expertise has led us to develop a variety of clamping strips that fit any type of application. Materials employed for our strips range from Nylon to different types of rubbers and from aluminium to steel.

A very versatile type of air shaft, mostly used in the narrow web applications where small diameter cores are common. Thanks to a strong steel body, load capacity is maximised, making this air shaft suitable even for moderately heavy application.

Anodization
Our most popular light steel air shaft, suitable for medium to heavy applications. It is engineered to be highly performant but almost as light as an aluminium air shaft. A 1,5 mt C3SNL can weigh less than 20 kg and safely load and run an almost 2000 kg roll.
